Rotary Art Prize Winners for 2007.

At the 2007 Exhibition all works were judged during the Friday morning by the two judges Helene Weeding and Michael McWilliams and they selected the winners for the Best Oil, Best Pastel, Best Acrylic and Best Watercolour from the 253 lots which were all of high quality.

The winners were :

Best Oil.. $500 Helen Bridgland "Hobart in July Lot 127,

Best Pastel.. $500 Leonie Duff "Afternoon Showers-Cameron Street" Lot 129

Best Acrylic.. $500 David Scarborough "End of the Run 'Excella' Ferry" Lot 098

Best Watercolour.. $500 Rosemary Hill "Passing Storm" Lot 026

A People's Choice Award was judged by the patrons over the three days of the Exhibition and the winner of the $750 prize money was :

John Gibb "Cottage at Weldsborough" Lot 241
